It’s fair to say we are taking Christmas seriously this year. We have searched far and wide for the very best suppliers, both locally and further afield. From doing this, we believe we have sourced the very best ingredients found anywhere.
Like everything we do, our Christmas range prioritises quality and locality.
This year we are stocking two types of Turkey in two different sizes. Our Whole Herb Fed Hen Turkey is truly outstanding. What sets it apart is its feeding process, with the bird having as part of its diet freshly cut herbs, which add essential flavour to the birds. We are also selling various Pork and Gammon Joints, boneless Turkey Breast Crowns, and Beef in a diverse set of cuts. All of our Christmas meat comes from Sykes House Farm, meaning when you buy from us, you’ll know where your meat came from, and that is was reared with care and attention by local butchers.
We all know Christmas Dinner isn’t just about the meat, in fact some would argue that the starters, condiments and trimmings make or break a strong meal. We have Brandy butter, Mincemeat, Goose Fat, Conserves, Marmalades, Vegetables, as well as Pates using all sorts of wonderful ingredients; you name it, we’ve got it. In fact we’ve even got Brussel Sprout Ketchup this year (Weird but good weird)
A Christmas Tipple is also important, whether that be white, red or rose wine. Beer or the stronger stuff, we have it all. At Arrow Fresh we take our cheese seriously, it was one of the first lines we ever did. As a tribute to our heritage, we’ve gone above and beyond on our cheese selection. We’ve got an assortment of cheese from both Yorkshire and down South, all of which are artisan and of the highest quality.
We believe that good quality food and drink is half the battle in creating an environment, which will allow for them oh so good Christmas memories.
