Haagen-Dazs
Häagen-Dazs have been making ice cream like no other since 1960. Hackney Gelato
Sam and Enrico learnt the craft of making the perfect ice cream from a master gelatieri from Sicily. Each gelato is slow churned, fine tuned and lovingly created. From East London, these Gelatos have won 22 Great Taste stars in three years.

Little Moons
Brother and sister, Howard & Vivien Wong, launched Little Moons in 2010 on a mission to bring Japanese mochi with a delicious, modern twist to the masses. Having grown up eating traditional mochi in their parent’s bakery they knew the potential these little balls had to deliver a moment of total happiness to whoever ate them.
It took them two years to master the mochi making process and perfect the ice cream recipes, working with top chefs and using quality ingredients to create the perfect flavour combinations.
Walls
Wall's have been making ice cream for almost 100 years. But surprisingly enough, they weren’t always making ice cream. It all started from a butcher’s shop in St James` Market in London. T. Wall & Sons Ltd had made sausages since 1786, but in 1913 chairman Thomas Wall had a eureka moment to increase summer sales and save the jobs of his employees. He realised that sausages aren’t the most refreshing snack during the summer. So, he decided to experiment and started serving up delicious ice cream to cool down the customers instead.
It was then that Wall’s was born, and their delicious ice creams were soon delighting the good people of London. At first, they made their way through the streets via horse and cart, and then by their famous ‘Stop Me and Buy One’ tricycles. The number of Wall’s tricycles on the road increased from 10 in 1922 to 8500 in 1939. Even today you might see a tricycle in the city during the summer, if you keep your eyes peeled.
