Samuel Smith
Samuel Smith brews a wide range of high quality beers, solely from authentic natural ingredients. The brewery still uses stone Yorkshire squares, made of solid blocks of slate, to ferment all its ales and stouts (except Sovereign and Extra Stout) and the same yeast strain has been used since the 1800s. The yeast is roused during fermentation to get oxygen to the yeast underneath the roof of the stone square. The system of fermentation results in a particularly full-bodied, rich, malty tasting beer.
Norcotts
Since March 2012, Norcotts Cider has been turning tastebuds upside down wherever it goes. Created using a unique recipe developed by Cider Supremo Chris Norcott, Norcotts Ciders come in a traditional Apple variety along with the more fruit cider flavours of Elderflower, Pink Grapefruit, Strawberry & Lime and the very special Raspberry & Orange. While many fruit ciders are overly sweet with hints of saccharine, the Norcotts range is consistently refreshing and light with no unpleasant aftertaste.
Norcotts Cider are based in Honiton, Devon and only use locally sourced ingredients from around the West Country - the home of real cider. Each flavour uses only natural colours and flavourings with no artificial sweeteners. The result is something truly unique and astonishing - which 3 Taste of the West 2013 awards prove, along with the scores of positive comments we have received from tasters around the UK.

It has been a long journey to get this far and they are very grateful for all the support and patience they have received. This is their first years cider, we think you will love it.
Harry's

Harry has also achieved another great success in one of the largest cider competitions in Europe – The British Cider Championships. Harry’s popular Single Variety Dabinett claimed ‘Supreme Champion for 2018.
Bittersweet varieties of apples such as Harry Masters Jersey, Dabinett, Yarlington Mills and Browns Apple are used to create our superb tasting ciders that hit the spot.
Cornish Orchards
Cornish Orchards uses freshly pressed apples that have been grown around the South West (Somerset, Devon and Cornwall) that are hand-graded and pressed on site.
Another big factor that sets Cornish Orchards aside from bigger players in the cider industry is that it does not force the fermentation period using temperature-control technology. Instead, opting to harness the cool, ambient temperatures of Cornwall’s winter months for maximum fermentation time yielding high-quality flavour. The cider is then matured in tank where, over time flavour and aroma develops and the youthful, austerity of cider softens providing vintage style qualities as the base of our range of ciders.
The cider makers never cut corners when it comes to the cider-making process. After a fine filtration, they then hand-blend each batch, making sure it’s consistent in flavour and quality.
