Our rhuberry conserve is like no other jam. It’s made with Malling Centenary strawberries, the finest variety in the UK, and Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb, a regional delicacy that’s superbly soft and sweet. We pick the fruit in its absolute prime, locking in the flavour for year-round indulgence. And, as with all our preserves, we use only our wonky fruit for zero waste.
