We are delighted that our delicious Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits have won a 2018 Great Taste Award. To create our award winning Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits we blend together medium coarse oatmeal, black treacle, syrup, and ginger, all of which are in our Yorkshire Parkin. These ingredients create a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.
The Yorkshire themed gift tube contains 2 packs of 5 biscuits so they can be enjoyed over a period of time. In true Yorkshire fashion, these biscuits are seriously good dunked in a cup of tea!
