A convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag.
Inspired by the traditional Portugese African sauce we’ve blended plenty of chilli with lemon juice and zest along with tasty roasted garlic. This marinade is traditionally used for chicken, barbecued and served with rice, beans and an ice cold beer but is also perfect for pork or fish shredded and wrapped with a crisp salad in a seeded flat bread.
Serves 4, contains enough marinade for approx 600g meat, fish or vegetables.

Red Chillies (27%), White Wine Vinegar(Sulphites), Water, Garlic (13%), Lemon Zest (5%), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Roasted Garlic Granules (2.2%), Salt, Cornflour
